Reservations And Deposit
An advance deposit
of 1/3 of the rental amount plus total taxes (10%) is required within
7 days of making the reservation. Balance must be received 20 days
prior to your arrival date.
Please include a $300 dollar security deposit with this advance
payment. The security deposit will be returned to the tenant (person
whose name the reservation is in) at the time of check out (Providing there is no damage to the home or furnishings
and nothing is missing). There is a $50 dollar cleaning fee per
visit.
Rent Balances
Paying prior to arrival: allow 15 banking
days for personal checks or pay with credit card. Payment upon
arrival must be in the form of Cash, Traveler = s Checks, Certified
Check, Money Order or Credit Card. We will not accept a personal
Travelers Checks for rent balances upon arrival.
Cancellations
15% of the total rentals amount will be charged
for cancellations. If we are unable to fill the open time period
for the canceled reservation, no refund will be issued. If we are
able to fill the time period , a refund will be issued, less the
cancellation charge. The owner reserves the right to cancel any
reservation at any time prior to occupancy and will, in this event,
refund any deposit received. Tenant may not sublet the property.
Check-In Time
Check-in time is between 2pm and 4pm at 21
Willow Way South Gate Ocean Pines. If you are unable to arrive
by 4pm please call my cell # 410 430-1505 or 410-208-1459. Guests
who have not checked in within 24 hrs of the beginning of their
reservation and who have not notified us of a delay will forfeit
their deposit and the property may be re-rented.
Check-Out Time
Check-out time is prior to 11am and strictly
enforced. Before departure, please clean and put away all kitchen
utensils, wipe off small appliances and countertops, remove all
left over food and supplies from the refrigerator and cupboards,
replace bedspreads on the beds, fold and return blankets to the
closet, return furniture to its original location, turn off air-conditioning,
take out trash and lock door as you leave. Be sure everyone who
packs knows what you brought and what belongs in the cabin. Thank
you!
What to Bring
Beach towels and a fun attitude! We have provided everything
else including linens for your convenience. Kitchen is
equipped for light cooking, and includes dishes, flatware, cooking
utensils, glasses, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
Lost Items
You are responsible for replacing any lost keys.
A $5.00 charge will be assessed for each lost key. We are not responsible
for items left in the cabin upon your departure. If we are able
to retrieve a lost item, the return fee is $15.00 minimum, plus
postage.
